Mobile Boarding Pass

Paper Is Out, Cellphones Are In

The mobile check-in may well be the first step in direct communications between airlines and passengers as they travel.

I like the idea of not having to mess with a piece of paper on the way through security or boarding the plane! Using your cell phone (which you are probably already carrying) to display your boarding pass sounds good to me. Continental is piloting this idea for flights originating at their Houston hub. Of course, it also makes "big brother" that much more feasible.
