Winter is very definitely arriving!

Last night, a friend came into twon from about an hour southeast of Purcellville and reported driving through a "blizzard."

This morning, just before lunch, there was a brief and very light flurry of flakes in the air. This afternoon, shortly after lunch, a slightly heavier flurry of flakes fell briefly. No danger of accumulation.
