PHC Announcements

Monday afternoon, it was announced that, following the vote by the PHC Board of Trustees and the acceptance of the offer, Dr. Graham Walker will be the second president of Patrick Henry College. He will assume the responsibilities of the office by July 1 (and after his family moves out here). He spoke in chapel yesterday and today, sharing his vision of where PHC stands in the world of Christian higher education and responding to students' questions. [PHC Press Release]

At the same time, it was announced that the money raised and pledged for the student center to be built has reached approximately the 50% mark--enough to complete the shell of the building.

This morning in chapel, the results from the national debate tournament last weekend were announced. PHC debaters and debate teams took a number of top positions in every category!
