VIP Treatment

I felt like I got the VIP treatment arriving at the airport for my flight this morning.

- I'd printed my boarding passes from Online before arriving at the airport and didn't have any luggage to check, so I didn't even have to go to the ticket counter, let alone stand in line at the ticket counter.
- Upon arriving at the main terminal, I went directly to and through security--no line of any kind.
- Upon arriving at the gate, I got a wave from the gate attendent who knew my name even before I presented my boarding pass.
- I didn't have to wait in line to board the plane.
- Promptly after I boarded the plane, the flight attendent announced that the main cabin door was closing and the flight was departing immediately.

Oh the privileges of waking up 100 minutes before the flight departs!
