When I went home at lunch today, the stop sign had finally been helped. It had a new post and some unbent signs, so it was once again standing straight and tall, and looking a bit more proper. A VDOT truck was parked in a near-by lot, so I'm guessing they'd finished working on it just before they stopped for lunch.

Ah, if only Mo-DOT or KDOT can act as fast....
I noticed over the weekend that someone has already scraped and bent the reflective warning signs again. The post doesn't appear to be affected yet.
