Ernesto

The weather here has been cloudy for the last couple of days. It's expected that we could start getting rain as a result of Ernesto as early as this afternoon/evening. I've heard predictions of weekend rainfall totaling 5-10" for this area. We are definitely under flash flood watches.

Due to the recent lack of rains both Purcellville and Round Hill (as well as other towns) are on mandatory and voluntary water restrictions. I expect a good rainfall this weekend will do much to relieve that situation!

Since JM and I are headed north for the weekend, we may miss the worst of it.
