At the 2006 White House Correspondents' Dinner, this video is the excerpt of a speech presented by President Bush and President Bush impersonator Stephen Colbert with President Bush presenting a "serious" speech and Mr. Colbert presenting the "stream of consciousness" behind the speech. The video is over 11 minutes long, but SC and I both thought it was funny.
