Tsunami Relief Work

From the distance of America, the high number of deaths and the desperate needs of those caught in the tsunami in southern Asia are impersonal and very unreal. But the pain IS real. For the missionaries and staff of Gospel for Asia, it's VERY personal. With over 400 native missionaries in the areas affected, the reports and stories of loss, pain, and survival have the names and faces of friends and comrades. The native missionaries--those present at the moment of the tsunami and those moving into the area--are reaching out beyond themselves, in spite of personal tragedy, to answer the physical and spiritual needs of those around them. With immediate relief supplies already being shared, GFA has plans to continue their relief work in the affected areas for months and years--going beyond the immediate survival needs to help rebuild the homes and communities that were destroyed. You can help support GFA's tsunami relief work.
