This afternoon, I interviewed a third candidate for the library assistant position since the beginning of the month. At the moment, I don't feel any closer to filling the position than I did in September. I guess I'm still looking for that "perfect" candidate. I need to give some prayer and consideration to accepting less than "perfect" or the patience and endurance to find the "perfect."
