Piece of the Week

Sunday night, I was back at Awana for the first time since mid-December. Talked to the videographer. Should be ready in a couple of weeks. Missed talking to the photographer. Should e-mail or call him.

Monday at work was mostly spent in faculty meetings. Was updated on the TRACS visit, including receiving a tenative schedule and a list of team members. Also received some update news from I.T. about changes they are making to improve service and news on the new copiers/printers they are installing.

JM made dinner. I'm not sure we'd eat if he didn't make anything. (Bad wife.)

JM helped me write thank you notes while we watched the first few episodes of Babylon 5.
Eleven thank you notes completed. 57 more notes to write.

JM pulled together all the wedding pics taken by my family and by the cloggers--over a GB of pics. We weeded them down just enough to get them onto a CD for his family.

First thing this morning was the library orientation for new students. It was a quick 1/2 hour orientation. A few technical issues, but we managed without any insurmountable problems.

This morning was more faculty meetings. Primarily updates from the operations department on emergency procedures and answering questions about campus facility and maintenance policies. Also had a chance to remind the faculty about Information Literacy Objectives. They agreed that the integration of these objectives needed updated and sent it to the Curriculum Committee.

This afternoon, I've been trying to get a bit more done to prepare for the start of classes. There's an all staff meeting at 4:00.

Clogging this evening.
