Homesick

Coming in to work today made me homesick. I had to come in and get some books processed this afternoon to fulfill a request I had agreed to. I also found 3 e-mails from DL students with various problems, a request from a faculty member, a question from a donor that I'm way overdue in answering, notification from a co-worker of missing paper work that I was the last to have, and two e-mails that were not entirely encouraging for filling the positions that are open in the library.

I wish I was at home where I could get a hug and not have to deal with this stuff. But I still need to deal with the request that brought me to work.
