Congrats!

1) Congrats to Chris on her promotion to Deputy Chief in Fairfax County! (Effective July 7) She's the first women to have reached that rank in Fairfax. She has recently been recognized as one of the few women who have been serving in the department for more than 25 years.

2) Congrats ot Nathan and Sarah on the arrival of Lauren Elizabeth. (Born July 13)

3) Congrats to Pete and Kelly on the arrival of Piper Joelle Rhiannon. (Born July 14)

4) Congrats to Jen and Stephen on their engagement!! (Announced July 17)
