Presto - E-mail without a computer

Presto - Send email and photos to people who don't have a computer

Got an e-mail today from Amazon advertising this printer and e-mail service. It sounds like a good idea, though a bit more than I'm likely to spend.

You buy a $150 HP printer that's only ability is to connect to a phone line and dial into the Prest mail service.
You subscribe (by phone or web) to the Presto mail service for someone who doesn't have a computer (say grandma)--$9.99/month or $99.99/year. You set up an account for grandma with a white list of e-mail addresses--all her kids, grandkids, and anyone she will want to receive e-mail from (to prevent spam). Presto gives grandma an e-mail address.
Anyone on grandma's white-list can send her an e-mail address at her presto account.
The HP printer is set-up on the phone line at grandma's house and dials into the Presto mail service at set times during the day. (Times for dialing in are selected during account set-up).
Any e-mails that are in grandma's presto account are printed out on her printer for her to pick up and read.
