Probably, when I have grandkids, I'm going to wish that I had gone to some inaugural events either four years ago and/or today. Four years ago, I was glad not be standing out in rainy, freezing weather. Today, I am glad not be standing out in cold weather and that I did have the time today to prepare for some meetings on Monday and Tuesday.
Someday, my grandkids may say, "Why didn't you see the inauguration when you had the chance?" I may not have a very good answer. Maybe I'll have to take them to see it and deal with them complaning about the cold and not fully understanding the meaning of the events.

I'm glad that I was able to go in High School when I got the oppertunity to. Though that whole week the events held outside where horribly cold by the inauguration it had warmed enough that we at least weren't freezing. Diffently something I wont forget attending.
