PHC Happenings

First, there was a big meeting called for 7:00 last night. Yesterday was the day we had our hearing before the TRACS commission to determine whether we would be recognized as fully-accredited. The answer was YES! TRACS Grants PHC Full Accreditation Status.

Second, today they are breaking ground for the storage sheds for library's temporary expansion. I had noticed when I'd arrived this morning that three additional "Reserved" spaces had been posted in regular parking lot--to make-up for the three reserved spaces that the sheds will cover. Now they have a tractor with a scoop on the front removing the landscaping immediately outside the library where the sheds will be located. I think it is all very appropriate, seeing as this is National Library Week.
