Your Favorite Quote

Oxford Dictionary of Quotations has picked 100 quotes and is asking site visitors to vote for their favorite quotes. Results to be announced in July.

I recommend taking the time to read through the list of quotes, even if you can't make up your mind for one to vote on. There is truly variety in the list--Aristotle, Armstrong, Bible, Ceasar, Einstein, Shakespeare, Mae West, Ian Fleming, Patrick Henry, many more.

"To lose one parent...may be regarded as a misfortune; to lose both looks like carelessness."
—Oscar Wilde, 1895 (from The Importance of Being Earnest)
