8 days ago, I cut my hair.
Yesterday, new students arrived.
Tomorrow is library orientation.
Joli's wedding is in 2 days. Must make fruit salad.
Classes start in 4 days (Monday). Must finish a sheet of instructions for using ATLA.
In 4 days, I hope, I.T. will go ahead with their ISP change, so that can be out of the way before we get too deep into the semester.
Beginning in 11 days (Aug 30), I will visit 5 classes in 4 days to talk about the library and various resources.
The first Library Research Session for the fall is scheduled for 20 days from now (Sept 8).
Then I'm leaving for a short trip to Wentzville, MO in 21 days for work (Sept 9-11).
And that's about as far ahead as my schedule goes, except for the Albright/Dean pig roast Sept 18 and the Fall Festival Oct 9.
One more count--this is the first time that the North section of the parking lot (which is designated for staff parking) has been completely full when I was trying to park. Of course, I'm hoping that the problem is partially all the parents and families here for orientation and will "go away" this weekend. Even so, with more staff and students continuing to work and live here, parking will gradually get harder until more parking is added.
