Peace Child
by Don Richardson
The author's personal account of sharing the gospel with a cannabalistic tribe of people, this book is both entertaining and thoughtful. While the stories and incidents related were chosen to appeal to the common reader, they still weave together to convey the provision and working of God in reaching these people. And it is not just a working of timing and miracles in the present sense, but a provision for the understanding of the gospel prepared generations before missionaries ever reached the people.
This book had been recommended to me several different times and I finally got around to reading it. If I could read more books at a time, I wouldn't have to wait so long to experience a recommended book like this for myself.
