Read before you sign

The Virginia govenor (and the state legislators) are learning that it pays to read something before you sign it.

In passing and signing changes to the state's blue laws, all the involved parties failed to note that a section of previously passed exemptions were excluded in the new version of the law. The result legally allows employees to refuse to work on Sunday or their Sabbath.
