I miss my hair

I KNOW a shorter hair style is more complementary for my face.
I like the attention from the last few days as people reacted to the change.
I appreciate all the compliments.
"It looks nice."
"You look awesome!"
"It makes you look younger."
"It brings out your smile."

But when I wash my hair, try to put it behind my shoulders, or put it up in a bun....it's just not there!
