So many mornings, I walk out the door as we are leaving for work, breathe in the fresh air, and think "why wasn't I up and out earlier to enjoy this?"
Today was another beautiful morning--72 degrees. But this morning, I didn't have to regret not being up earlier. JM had been setting our alarm clock for slightly earlier than normal this week. This morning, we actually got up when it went off and had time for a 30 minute walk before heading to work!
Is it the beginning of a new habit? It would be nice if it is! But knowing myself, I don't have high expectations, especially once the weather turns.
For the day though, I'm just enjoying the fact that this NOT morning person made it up in time to relish a precious part of the day.

A good walking regiment is beneficial. Since I started walking as an exercise routine last February, I've lost the lbs. I've made visual contact with my toes without having to bend at the waist. ;) I hope all is well for you and your husband.
