Writing Thoughts

"It is not a bad idea to get in the habit of writing down one's thoughts. It saves one having to bother anyone else with them." ~ Isabel Colegate

I think this quote gets to the heart of why blogging is so popular. Blogging does encourage the recording of one's thoughts. The thoughts are available in a public place, where the author (obviously) believes they deserve to be, but no one else is forced to be bothered with them.
