Exactly one week from now, I will be arriving at the airport to fly to Greece! I picked up my airline tickets yesterday. We have a layover in Paris, each way.
I picked up a couple of Greece travel guides at the book fair on Sunday. Now my goal is to sit down with my itinerary and mark the places we'll be visiting and read up about them. It may not happen until we are on the flight there, but I can hope.
I'm proctoring four exams by Thursday afternoon. That really doesn't require anything from me, other than a committment to be in the library for the 2 hours of the exam.
Friday morning, I'm visiting UVA. Friday evening, there's a BBQ for the graduates, faculty, and friends that I'm planning to attend.
Saturday morning is commencement. I'll have the library open for a couple of hours in the afternoon. In the evening, there's a send-off party for a staff couple.
Sunday, a long-time friend of the family will be in the area. I hope to meet up with her. Maybe for church and some time in the afternoon. Sunday evening is the Awana awards ceremony.
