Electrical ISP?

This is something I'll be interested to see where it goes. I don't believe DSL is an option where I am. I don't subscribe to cable for tv and haven't convinced myself to mess with it just for Internet. There's my current option of piggy-backing through a wireless connection. However, I find it a bit tiresome to ONLY have Internet access when I'm sitting in front of my door. Isn't the point of having a laptop with a wireless connection so that I can work where ever I like?
